Breaking up & Heartbreak

Heartbreak is the emotional pain resulting from the end of a relationship. It can be particularly challenging for those with insecure attachment styles as it may intensify feelings of abandonment and rejection.

By acknowledging the pain, seeking support, and cultivating a positive relationship with oneself, individuals can gradually move through and recover from heartbreak and emerge stronger, fostering personal growth and resilience.
